Location The Yoga Den @ 514 - 12th Ave, Suite B on First Hill near Seattle University.
We are on the 2nd floor above the Lemongrass Restaurant. The entrance to the studio is on the north side of the building off of E. Barclay St.

Parking There is plenty of street parking available, especially on 13th Avenue.
Please be sure to bring the following to class:
~ yoga mat (or rent one for $1) ~ towel (or rent one for $1) ~ bottle of water ~ $15 (please pay with cash only) or your punch card ~ your freshly showered self (no cologne or strong odors, please) ~ an empty stomach (try not to eat for at least 1 hour prior to class) Cost The cost for a drop-in class is $15 or $135 for a punch card of 10 classes. Please pay with cash only. Punch cards are good for 6 months. Any unused classes at the end of 6 months will expire.
Arrival Time Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class begins to register, fill out the waiver form, warm up, and get settled in. Doors will be locked promptly when class begins.
